The Artisan Bakehouse Masterclass
This week saw the first of our Chocolate Masterclasses take place at The Artisan Bakehouse in Ashurst, near Steyning. This award winning venue hosts master bread makers, pastry experts and now Noble and Stace! They also open as a pop-up cafe throughout the year and having experienced Louise’s homemade cakes and a 3 course lunch this week, then it should be high up on everyone’s to-do list!
The day starts around 9.30am with fresh coffee and homemade cookies. Throughout the morning you will learn how to make a dark chocolate fresh cream ganache, a creme caramel truffle, we’ll hand roll some truffles, temper chocolate and dip others. You’ll also decorate professional chocolate moulds before tempering chocolate by hand again to make and decorate 3 solid chocolate bars. You’ll go away with everything you make beautifully boxed, plus some extras exclusive to The Artisan Bakehouse Masterclass.
