A completely dairy free truffle made by carefully blending a full flavoured 66% Brazilian dark chocolate with pure mineral water from right here in the South Downs. The result is a surprisingly refreshing ganache with a powerful chocolate kick. Each truffle is dipped by hand in dark chocolate and sprinkled with crunchy mint sugar or freeze dried raspberry.
Due to the fresh ingredients in these truffles, the shelf life will typically be 3 weeks from receipt.
