Fresh cream truffle Description
Traditionally, fresh cream truffles are made with 3 ingredients – dark chocolate, fresh cream and butter. So we stick with tradition and carefully blend just the right amount of each to make a super smooth ganache.
Dipping and decorating
We take things seriously (and sometimes slowly!) at Noble and Stace. Each truffle is dipped one by one, by hand, before being decorated with bursts of colour and flavour, including mint sugar, freeze dried raspberry or a contrasting chocolate. Fresh, rich and hard to resist.
Fresh is best
Due to the fresh ingredients in our truffles, the shelf life will typically be 3-4 weeks from receipt.
